High-speed bearing technology: Machine tool spindles usually use composite ceramic bearings, which are wear-resistant and heat-resistant, and their service life is several times that of traditional bearings. Sometimes electromagnetic suspension bearings or static pressure bearings are used, the inner and outer rings are not in contact, and the theoretical life is infinite.


High-speed motor technology: The machine tool spindle is the product of the integration of the motor and the spindle, and the rotor of the motor is the rotating part of the spindle. Theoretically, the machine tool spindle can be regarded as a high-speed motor.


Lubrication: The lubrication of machine tool spindles generally adopts regular quantitative oil-air lubrication; grease lubrication can also be used, but the corresponding speed should be discounted. Timing means injecting the oil at regular intervals. Quantitative means to control the amount of lubricating oil each time through a device called a quantitative valve. Oil-air lubrication refers to blowing lubricating oil into ceramic bearings with compressed air. Oil quantity control is very important, too little will not lubricate. Too much, and when the bearing rotates at high speed, it will heat up due to the resistance of the oil.
